Sage de Cret was founded in Japan in 2001. After several years of success in Japan they ventured into international distribution in 2013. Since then, under the creative direction of founder Kimitoshi Chida, Sage De Cret has been crafting high quality military and workwear inspired collections that are proudly Made in Japan. The brands name is a combination of the two French words “sage” and “decret”, meaning sensible and decree, and it quickly becomes apparent that these two ideas influence Chida's work. Chida's tasteful take on military and workwear is functional, unique and luxurious. Sage De Cret is known for their comfortable cuts and ability to use innovative fabrics.
