Domestic Shipping (USA)

Free shipping may be available during promotional periods.

International Shipping

International orders must be added to the cart to view available shipping rates and total shipping costs.

Rates are subject to change.

Cueva is not responsible for any duties or taxes required by your local customs office.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

If an international order is not claimed and is returned to us, the order will not be refunded.

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to trading agreements and customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. You will be notified if this is the case once you proceed to purchase.

Tracking

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This initial email will not contain tracking information.

Tracking information will be sent once your order has processed. Please allow 2–4 business days from email confirmation to process and ship your order. During sale periods, please allow 8–10 business days.
