No refunds. Store credit or exchange only.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met.

- Items must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed

- Items must be returned with original tags and original packaging

- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date

Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Return Authorization (RA) from Cueva is required before sending any item back.

How to Return (Domestic & International Orders)

- To request a return, please email returns@cuevashop.com with your order number and reason for return.Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and confirmation to proceed.

- Alternatively you can submit a Return Authorization (RA) by logging in to your Cueva account.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for returning items in new condition.

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping and following up once the package shows as delivered.

Footwear

Footwear may be tried on indoors with clean socks on a carpet or rug to preserve the outsole.To be accepted for return, footwear must be returned in original condition with the original box, dust bag, tags, and no signs of wear.

Apparel

All original tags must remain attached to the garment.Please take care to avoid deodorant, makeup, perfume, stains, or damage caused by jewelry or piercings.Items returned with stains, odors, or damage will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe an item is damaged or defective, please contact us so we can review the issue.Our customer service team may request photos and a detailed description before proceeding.

Return Processing

Once your return is received, it will be inspected.If approved and meeting all return requirements, store credit will be issued and a confirmation email will be sent.

Please note:shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Cueva does not offer direct exchanges.If eligible, please return the item for store credit and place a new order for the preferred item.

Frequent Returns

Our goal is to make returns as easy and fair as possible. If you are experiencing sizing or product issues, we encourage you to contact us before returning.We monitor return activity and reserve the right to restrict or block accounts that abuse our return policy. Blocked accounts will no longer be able to place orders.

Reminder

Cueva reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with this policy.Non-compliant returns will be sent back to the original shipping address.
