Hannah Cawley launched her label in 2017 from a South London studio, where every piece is still hand-cut and proudly made in England. She came to it well prepared: a degree from Kingston, then three and a half years at YMC learning how a brand really runs. Raised in Stoke-on-Trent, a town built on pottery, she learned hand-smocking alongside her mother.
Hannah designs from old books, vintage markets, and historical textiles, and much of the menswear reads as an homage to English classics. The wax jacket, the barn jacket, the smock, and the sturdy workwear of farmers and tradesmen all get reworked with a softer hand and an easier fit. You'll find luxurious fabrics like Irish linen, British waxed cotton, Italian merino, and winter shearling, all sourced from a long list of traditional mills around the world.
