N.Hoolywood was founded by Daisuke Obana in the year 2000. He began his fashion career in the retail sector as a buyer and manager in his native Tokyo, Japan. His work draws upon elements of classic military, American vintage sportswear, and traditional Japanese craftsmanship. Obana is also known for his ability to use technical yet luxurious materials on unqiue silhouettes.
